The Notice phase encourages participants to develop habits of observation, curiosity, and attentiveness. Rather than beginning with solutions, participants examine the people, places, and communities around them with fresh eyes. They learn to identify challenges, opportunities, unmet needs, and areas where support, care, or improvement may be possible.
