My story begins on the morning of September 11, 2001. I was just waking up when I had a premonition that today was going to be a very bad day. I urged my mom to let me stay home to be with my family, and I witnessed the attacks unfold. I salute all the firefighters, the police department, and the Port Authority. I support and honor all the people who showed courage and all the people who perished in the towers and in the surrounding areas.
